Are You on Your Period? Cramp Salve
Mugwort, yarrow and nettle are blended together to ease muscle cramps and help menstrual flow. These herbs have been indicated to relieve pains and symptoms associated with menstruation by inducing relaxation and promoting circulation. Clary sage, chamomile, lavender and rosemary essential oils boost these same effects. Apply generous layer all over abdomen as soon as symptoms start.
֎ All three herbs used for this salve were integral in Medieval Armenia. A poultice of fresh nettle leaves would be placed and tied onto the lower abdomen to alleviate symptoms during menstruation. Mugwort was revered for releasing stress, facilitating the menstrual cycle and as an ointment to treat swelling. Yarrow was used topically in a poultice for wounds.
Ingredients:
Mugwort, yarrow and nettle infused grapeseed oil, clary sage essential oil, chamomile essential oil, lavender essential oil, rosemary essential oil.
2% Essential Oil Dilution.

Enough for 3-4 menstrual cycles. Slight color difference due to an updated infusion process.
